Changes to infrastructure and restoration of the building’s façade while the building was occupied. Clemens worked closely with the City of Philadelphia Historical Commission to ensure design intent and historic requirements were met, which required a meticulous process of repairing, patching and pointing of existing masonry and installing matching cast stone ground floor columns and new storefront glass. Vanilla box finish for the AT&T retail store on ground floor, a new lobby, and the conversion of floors 3, 4 and 5 to modern office space.
