This project served as the prototype for the university’s Green Construction Guidelines.

Project scope included  window replacement and complete renovation and fit-out of 11,000 SF space within occupied building.

Windows replaced on one side of 4th floor and entire 5th floor A-Wing, which also received mechanical replacement and new restrooms.  Newly designated to accommodate faculty and graduate students of the School of Engineering & Applied Sciences, as well as Computing & Technology Educational Services offices, 5th Floor A-Wing’s central space surrounded by feature wood panel wall displaying the binary translation of quotations from notable engineers.
