A series of projects for the University City Science Center.
Aderans Research Institute - This project entailed the expansion of the firm’s local offices and research laboratory space. Our construction included a dedicated treated air source and emergency power for the 2,500 SF of laboratories. The newly expanded offices were separated from the laboratory space to provide a research environment dedicated to maximizing the firm’s efficiency and capability.
Aderans Research Institute Maintenance Projects - Clemens provided maintenance and services to Aderans that ranged from installing a new door and hardware to the complete renovation of an individual office with paint, carpet and lighting as conditions required on an as needed basis.
Science Center Laboratory/Office Fit-Out - This project consisted of the renovation and fit-out of office and laboratory spaces for separate tenants and a base building corridor and MEP system. Laboratories consisted of workstations and exam rooms.
