Located on one of the city’s busiest corners, the absence of lay-down area and the coordination of retail and residential renovations made this project very complicated.

This project required the conversion of a historic 17-story building from commercial office space into 180 apartments over 8,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space.  Located on one of the city’s busiest corners, the lack of lay-down area and the coordination of renovations between the retail spaces and residences above made this project incredibly complicated.  Work included the full demolition and replacement of all building systems and major renovations to retail space for Wells Fargo Bank, Wendy's and Dunkin' Donuts.
