Clemens provided preconstruction and construction management services for this 18,500 sf restaurant and lounge. Located inside the historic Boyd Theater, Bankroll is a high-end sports bar for mobile betting. Walls lined with televisions screen everything from baseball to cricket. Bankroll encompasses a full-service restaurant, multiple bars, an upper mezzanine level with private lounges, and seats 350-400 people. Historic elements will be preserved and featured in the renovated design.
