Clemens Construction recently completed a 13,347-square-foot interior fit-out for BNY, on behalf of Brandywine Realty Trust, on the 26th floor of One Logan Square in Center City Philadelphia. The project transformed the existing office space into a modern, high-performance workplace featuring new conference rooms, private offices, open workstations, collaboration areas, and employee amenity spaces. The scope of work included new partitions, ceilings, flooring, architectural finishes, modern stainless steel and wood elements, along with integrated audiovisual and telecommunications systems. Comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection upgrades supported the new layout, with careful coordination throughout the occupied high-rise office building.
