Clemens provided preconstruction and construction management services for the high-end hospitality fit-out at the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, located on Level 45 of the Comcast Technology Center. The project converted a full-floor into the new Sky Garden level, featuring eight luxury accommodations. Among them are two expansive extended-stay suites, each offering a private outdoor terrace, full kitchen, spacious living room, custom millwork, multiple bedrooms, and curated amenities. Designed with refined materials and artistic elements, the Sky Garden Suites elevate the guest experience for one of Philadelphia’s most iconic five-star hotels.
The project required meticulous planning to integrate new MEP systems and carefully coordinate penetrations through adjacent occupied floors without disruption to ongoing hotel operations. Clemens worked closely with the client, design teams, and building operations to maintain the high standards of craftmanship expected of the Four Seasons brand, while ensuring all work was executed safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact to guests and tenants. This complex fit-out is a testament to Clemens' ability to deliver sophisticated interior transformations in challenging, high-profile environments.
