The 18th Street location required the renovation of existing restaurant for new flagship Hai Street Kitchen. New finishes and customer entry. Worked with client to develop branding and proof of concept. The 40th Street location was a new store in newly built single-story space. Project included new underground plumbing and tie into new building systems.
