Renovation of an 11-story, 136-guest room hotel consistent with Hilton Design and Construction standards. The refresh included new wall covering, paint, carpet and lighting as well as the installation of new owner-provided furniture. Public spaces and corridors received new wall covering, paint, carpet and lighting. Work was completed over multiple phases to allow for hotel to remain operational. Each phase included aggressive turnover dates and included the renovation of 34 suites and two corridors during each phase.
