Clemens Construction renovated 100,000 sf in the north half of a 160,000 sf former carpet mill building at the corner of A & Indiana. This phase included 48 affordable family housing units and 11,000 sf of non-residential commercial space for medical and social services. Due to the scale of the building, the project is split into an affordable housing phase and a New Market Tax Credits (NMTC) commercial phase.
