Loews Philadelphia Hotel selected Clemens Construction to complete a comprehensive 581-guestroom renovation spanning the 3rd through the 32nd floors of the historic PSFS Building. The refreshed guestrooms feature fully renovated bathrooms with new shower pans, shower doors, bathtubs, toilet accessories, and updated wall and floor tile. Enhancements also included expanded desk areas, new leather furnishings, improved access to electrical outlets, and a complete interior refresh with new paint, wall coverings, and linens.
In addition, existing space was reconfigured into 10 new parlor suites with updated carpet, each featuring a Murphy bed and a connecting guestroom to provide flexible accommodations for guests and event groups. The large-scale renovation was carefully phased to minimize disruption within the fully operational hotel environment while maintaining the integrity of this iconic historic structure.
