Clemens has provided general contracting services for more than 50 capital improvement and special projects throughout the Loews Philadelphia Hotel. Working within the landmark PSFS Building, our team continues to support the hotel’s evolving operational and guest experience needs through carefully sequenced renovations in occupied conditions.
Recent projects include renovations to the 2nd and 33rd floor public spaces, public restroom upgrades, meeting space renovations, lobby lighting improvements, and vestibule door replacements. Clemens also completed the installation of a new video wall in the main lobby, marble cladding and illuminated signage in common areas, ceiling renovations in prefunction spaces, and full renovations of the Millennium Ballroom, Governor’s Suite, and Bridal Suites.
