Interior fit-out and restack of seven floors. The multi-phased project included select interior demolition as well as new interior construction of pantries, bathrooms and service centers; full carpet and tile replacement; ceiling tile and lighting; MEP; and furniture systems. All work took place within an occupied office environment so special attention was paid to safety and environmental hazards.
