Clemens provide preconstruction and construction management services for the high-end architectural over-build of an 11,000 SF dining facility atop an operating 150-year private club, hotel, and conference center. The new "Trumbauer's Rooftop Restaurant" at the Union League of Philadelphia includes a new commercial kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, central bar, large arched skylight, private dining room, wine storage, new restrooms, extension and modernization of existing elevators and stairwells, as well as hotel chiller and cooling tower replacements. Clemens worked closely with the City of Philadelphia Historical Commission to ensure design intent and historic requirements were met.
