This project entailed the expansion of the Aderans Research Institute local offices and research laboratory space. Our construction included a dedicated treated air source and emergency power for the 2,500 SF of laboratories. The newly expanded offices were separated from the laboratory space to provide a research environment dedicated to maximizing the firm’s efficiency and capability. The renovation project also included upgrades to base building corridors and MEP system. Laboratories consisted of workstations, specialized equipment and exam rooms.
