Clemens Construction provides ongoing construction services at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, supporting critical facility upgrades throughout the active healthcare campus. Work has included hospital-wide door and hardware replacements, corridor renovations at multiple locations, site and parking lot improvements—including asphalt and concrete repairs, curbing, line striping, and new bollards—as well as renovations to shipping and receiving areas. Clemens also completed a new main-level security office, kitchen and servery upgrades, and modifications to the 7th-floor shower rooms.
Specialized healthcare work has included EP sterile supply modifications and medical gas upgrades within the EP Lab, along with emergency response services such as steam leak repairs. Most recently, Clemens completed an Emergency Department flooring replacement project. Working within a fully occupied hospital environment, the team coordinates closely with hospital staff and stakeholders to minimize disruption while maintaining stringent safety, infection control, and operational requirements.
