Clemens Construction is managing comprehensive upgrades to both the recreation center building and adjacent playground, including a new roof, windows, lighting, security, and modern mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with updated interiors and ADA-accessible entrances and restrooms. Site improvements will add new stormwater management systems, new playground equipment, safety surfacing, seating, and landscaping to create a more welcoming, functional, and accessible space for the community.
