Renovation of the historic 1926 Warwick Hotel, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was completed over five phases while the hotel remained operational. Renovations included restoration/replacement of all hotel windows, both aluminum and wood-frame. The lobby renovations comprised replacement and installation of a new main entrance complete with canopy and custom lighting. Further, a new automatic revolving door was installed at the main entrance. The project also included the complete renovation of two hotel kitchens including the replacement of all food service equipment including upgrade of mechanical plumbing and electrical infrastructure; Critical that hotel kitchen remained operational during renovations.

All new interior finishes were installed in the lobby, Grand Ballroom, Crystal Ballroom and mezzanine level. The renovation of 301 guest rooms and bathrooms located on 13 floors, inclusive of guest floor hallways and elevators required the full-floor shut-down on a weekly staggered schedule to complete a full renovation in less than four months. Clemens coordinated and installed owner FFE and constructed a state-of-the-art fitness center and club lounge.
